Here in the Rochester, NY area, there are a number of great places to ski and many of the do host a Scout focused event.

Bristol Mountain typically, hosts a Scout night each year.  Swain ski Mountain hosts special weekend packages for scouts.

One of our Scout leaders had a membership at Hunt Hollow Ski Resort and was able to setup a evening ski for our troop.  It was a great opportunity for us to bring our Scout families together.  We rented one of their private rooms, brought food to cook on their outdoor grills and made a real fun event out of it.

A quick search on the internet showed that Shawnee in Pennsylvania does too.  Here is a quick list of others that I found on the first page of a Google search:
